blog entry #7 - mario movie trailer #2 thoughts

so the 2nd mario movie trailer dropped last night! i'm honestly so hyped for it to come out, this has been a dream for me ever since i was a little kid. like yeah we technically had a mario movie already but 1) it wasn't animated and 2) it was bad so this is gr8!! obviously i wish crisp rat wasn't voicing mario but what are you gonna do i guess

anywho PEACH!!! did you see how pretty she is??? i think anya taylor joy's gonna do a great job with her voice though i'm having a hard time putting her voice to the character. then again its kinda hard to imagine peach really having a voice aside from the super mario brothers show and the few times she's actually spoken in the games but still. im also super excited for jack black as bowser like HOLYYYY SHIT!!1111!!! also charlie day as luigi is fucking sick as hell too he's gonna do a great job i feel it in me bones

i also really like the designs of the characters. the little things like mario and luigi both have collars to their shirts or peach wearing her MOTORCYCLING SUIT???? i am so . women yknow? anyways. the toads are also really cute and i hope they dont take a minions approach to them making them like annoying sidekicks?? no hate to the minions but yknow. also we havent heard like any voice lines if any from seth rogen as dk yet so im nervous. why are you hiding him from us nintendo

overall as a mario fan who's been around since mario party still had a decent reputation im super excited for this movie even if chris pratt is voicing mario. bro had no reason to not do the italian accent he just wanted to piss his pants and make himself seem cool which by the way, is not working. yeah thats it methinks i wish i had more thoughts to think but i dont
